Provider Selection
The employer/insurer has the option to control provider choice either during the first 60 days following the injury or, if the employee makes the initial choice, after this initial 60-day period.
Managed Care Options
Payers may use managed care services that do not conflict with choice of provider rules.
Provider Lists
Provider lists and directories may be utilized. There is no state-mandated posting; StrataCare generic posting may be used.
