Provider Selection
The employee chooses the treating provider from a network list if a preferred program is used by the employer/insurer. If there is no preferred provider program, the employee has free choice of health care providers.
Provider Lists
Provider lists and directories may be utilized. There is no state-mandated posting, StrataCare generic posting may be used in conjunction with this.
