Provider Selection
The employee is free to choose the initial treating provider from the provider network established by the Department of Labor and Industries. An injured worker may receive care from a non-network provider only for an initial office or emergency room visit.

Provider lists and directories may be utilized. There is no state-mandated posting. No postings are permitted.
